Position Overview The Sports Principal will drive client satisfaction, business growth, and project excellence within the sports sector. Client Relationship Management

Business Development
Identify and pursue new opportunities in the sports sector to expand the firm’s portfolio.
Partner with marketing and business development teams to execute strategic growth plans.
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and credibility.
Project Oversight
Lead the planning, design, and delivery of sports facility projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve challenges and maintain seamless execution.
Monitor project milestones and performance metrics, proactively addressing risks or delays.
Team Leadership
Mentor and inspire a team of client engagement and design professionals, fostering skill development and accountability.

Strategic Planning

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or project management within architecture or sports facility design.
Proven success in managing high-profile client relationships and delivering large-scale projects.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams to achieve excellence.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
In-depth knowledge of sports facility design standards, construction processes, and industry regulations.
Willingness to travel nationally as required.
