We specialize in pelvic floor, trigger point dry needling, and orthopedics, and we are looking for great PTs to join our team! As a cash-pay clinic, our 55-minute appointments provide the time and space to make a lasting difference for your patients and avoid burnout from treating too many people each week!
We are seeking full-time and part-time PTs to provide exceptional patient care. Salary Range: 87K - 112K
The client is extremely negotiable on salary setup. PT has the opportunity to earn more money by treating more patients on a weekly basis. They would consider someone part-time or interested in buying the business.

As a Physical Therapist, you will:
Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms and review their medical history and referrals from doctors or surgeons
Provide exceptional patient care using a variety of techniques focused on outcomes
Develop individualized treatment plans
Complete notes and charts about patient visits
Develop recurring patient relationships
Complete your daily billing, correspond via email and phone with staff and patients, and collaborate with other internal and external providers
Monitor your schedule and assist with filling open slots
Develop and maintain a network of service providers that know you and refer patients in
Represent the Company’s brand as a premier, high-quality clinic where other doctors want to work and patients love
Participate in company culture and team activities, bringing a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork to the Doctor group
Additional Opportunities
Beyond treating patients, you will be invited to participate in additional business development activities from time to time, such as:
Attending public and private events to build awareness of the Company’s services
Recruiting, hiring, and training staff
Marketing the clinic(s) in person or online through various means and methods
Assist with developing new markets and doctor referral networks
Improving the company’s website, brand assets, online presence, social media, etc.
Assisting with certain administrative processes
Developing feeder programs and educational pathways for new graduates to learn from and work for the Company
Compensation is commensurate with experience and follows a base salary + bonus structure based on patient volume and additional contributions to business development from time to time.

Minimum Requirements
Master's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy required
Active license to practice Physical Therapy
Strong communication skills and bedside manner
Strong orthopedics experience required
Dry needling and Pelvic Floor preferred
