Our client is seeking a people-focused professional to support hiring efforts for front-line field staff while also helping create a positive, engaging team culture. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruiting, connecting with people, and finding creative ways to boost employee morale and retention.
Responsibilities:
Post and manage job ads across various platforms
Source and screen candidates for field-based positions
Schedule and conduct interviews
Assist with onboarding and hiring coordination
Help improve employee engagement and retention initiatives
Coordinate team events, recognition efforts, and culture-building activities
Support leadership with general recruiting and people-related needs
Qualifications:
Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or customer-facing experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to connect with people at all levels
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities
Positive attitude with a passion for team culture and employee experience
Additional Information:
This role has flexibility based on experience and strengths. For candidates bringing broader HR knowledge or leadership experience, the position could evolve into more of an HR consultant/advisory role supporting leadership with people strategy, processes, and employee development initiatives. However, extensive HR experience is not required for consideration.
