Job Description


Packaging Supervisor - 2nd Shift
Hours: 1: 30pm-10: 30pm, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee packaging processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders.
  • Lead and motivate a team of packaging staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Manage inventory levels and control to prevent shortages and overages.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet industry standards.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics to streamline supply chain operations.
  • Develop and train team members to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Monitor equipment and facilities to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Resolve any operational issues swiftly to minimize downtime.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in packaging operations and inventory management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Desirable Skills:
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
  • Certification in inventory management or related area.
