Job Summary: The Packaging Maintenance Supervisor ensures production flow and quality standards while following Good Manufacturing Practices.
Responsibilities: •Hire, train, and manage staff. •Oversee department workflow and resolve maintenance issues. •Manage inventory, repair schedules, and ensure equipment efficiency. •Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
Skills/Abilities: •Must have solid experience with liquid pharmaceuticals/liquid filling. •Strong communication, management, and organizational skills. •Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. •Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Experience: •B.S. Or equivalent experience in a related field. •5+ years of management and technical experience. •Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
Physical Requirements: •Ability to stand, walk, or sit for 8+ hours. •Ability to maneuver around heavy equipment.
