About the Role:
As a Freight Broker Agent, you’ll operate as an independent sales and operations professional, building your own book of business while we support you with backend systems and logistics coordination. If you thrive on autonomy and results, this is an opportunity to earn unlimited commission while working with a responsive team that has your back.

1099 Commission-Only Split: 50/50
Full Back-End Support (billing, carrier setup, credit, and collections)
TMS Provided: Tai Software
Load Boards Provided: DAT & TruckStop
Freight Coordinators Provided (as needed)
W2 Option Available After 90 Days of Performance Review
Work from Anywhere in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, onboard, and manage your own shippers
Handle cradle-to-grave freight brokerage: quoting, booking, dispatching, tracking, and follow-up
Build and manage carrier relationships
Utilize DAT and TruckStop load boards for carrier sourcing
Maintain accurate load details and documentation in our TMS (Tai)
Work with internal support staff to ensure smooth billing and operations
Requirements:
3+ years of freight brokerage experience (cradle-to-grave strongly preferred)
Existing book of business or proven ability to develop one
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills
Familiarity with TMS platforms (Tai preferred)
Experience using DAT and/or TruckStop
