Education requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, related majors are preferred
Work experience requirements: more than 5 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including more than 3 years of operational management experience
Professional knowledge requirements: Familiar with relevant laws, regulations, standards, and specifications of the pharmaceutical industry
Management ability requirements: Have good strategic planning ability, organization and coordination ability, communication ability, and execution ability
Leadership requirements: Have good leadership, decision-making, and risk response abilities
