Job Title: National Sales Manager - Flexible Packaging
Award-winning, growing, family-owned Flexible Packaging Printing/Converting company is seeking a talented National Sales Manager.
Job Description: The National Sales Manager develops and leads the company’s sales and marketing efforts to maintain our current customer base, develop new leads, and acquire new customers.
This role is responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation, quoting, onboarding, and customer visits.
The main priority is focused on developing and or transitioning your book of business first.
Following this, develop a sales team either through manufacturing reps or direct sales reps, which would report directly to you.
You would provide additional support direction and coordination in the way of riding along with the sales team, project development, onboarding new business, and working alongside the customer support team for the achievement of customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
Traveling to customer sites to develop new business, respond to customer issues, maintain relationships and such will be expected 1-2 weeks of each month.
This position will be located at the corporate headquarters in Tucson, AZ, and will report directly to the Vice President.
Relocation assistance is provided.
The salary range is flexible depending on experience, with a likely range base salary between $125, 000 - $200, 000 (plus commission) depending on sales management experience, contacts, and book of business. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vacation, and more.
Experience: This position will require a background in wide web printing and flexible packaging sales, having sold,
developed, and managed your own personal active book of business and directly managed a sales team.
