Our client, a leading provider of multidisciplinary engineering and design services to water, transportation, and aviation end markets, is now hiring a Professional Engineer with seven or more years of experience to join their Spokane, WA, and Nampa, ID team as a Municipal Project Manager.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
WA PE required or ability to obtain within 18 months
7+ years experience in the civil engineering field
Extensive design and construction experience in municipal, transportation, and/or water resources
Strong computer skills, including experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Computer modeling experience is desired for pressurized and gravity flow networks
Familiarity with land use codes and plan review/submittal processes a plus
Ability to lead existing staff and develop new staff as needed to support the growth of the municipal group
Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with the ability to work on challenging projects in a team environment
Excellent Communication skills

The Municipal PM will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and develop skills in many areas
This position provides autonomy to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to navigate various locations and settings of the company
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to safely operate a vehicle
