Job Description
Our client in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a Civil Engineer to join a team in as a Municipal Project Manager. A candidate with an established Wasatch Front/Back network is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’ s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Wyoming PE required or ability to obtain within 18 months
- 6 years minimum experience in the civil engineering field
- Extensive design and construction experience in municipal, transportation, and/or water resources
- Strong computer skills a must including experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Computer modeling experience is desired for pressurized and gravity flow networks
- Familiarity with land use codes and plan review / submittal processes a plus
- Ability to lead existing staff and develop new staff as needed to support growth of the municipal group
- Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with the ability to work on challenging projects in a team environment
- Excellent Communication skills

- This position provides autonomy to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to navigate various locations and settings of the company
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must possess a valid driver’ s license and be able to safely operate a vehicle
