As a Mid-Market Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new mid-market clients within the tech industry. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships both in person and remotely with prospective clients and presenting them with tailored staffing solutions to meet their specific needs. - Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target mid-market companies in need of tech staffing services through market research, networking, and industry events.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations to understand their staffing needs and challenges.
- Solution Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our staffing services and how they can address the client's needs effectively.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure new business, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales goals using CRM tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal revenue teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery, ensuring client expectations are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in B2B enterprise SaaS/technology sales
- Preferred 5 years of work experience in tech staffing on the B2B side, client-facing new business
- Experience leveraging C-level relationships with executives.
- Experience in complex commercial and legal discussions, working with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in mid-market sales, preferably in the tech staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the tech industry and its hiring landscape.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.G., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
