Our client, a rapidly growing law firm in Pennsylvania, has promoted their Marketing Director. Are you the right person to fill their shoes in this Hybrid role? The ideal candidate has advanced direct response marketing skills and loves to implement campaigns across platforms from Instagram to TikTok, from virtual events to traditional copy. Responsibilities
As part of the team, Marketing will be responsible for performing a diverse range of functions including but not limited to:
Run social media accounts and respond to inquiries.
Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand.
Help the team achieve goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans.
Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and track analytics to ensure all content is up-to-date and relevant.
Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements.
Collaborate on strategic plans and tactics.
Implement campaigns on Google, Facebook, Mailchimp, and click funnels if you know how to use them.
Create content - write copy, design in Canva, choose the perfect Instagram filter, and explain why TikTok should matter.
Work with vendors and hold them accountable.
Coordinate live or virtual marketing events.
Qualifications
The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for this role:
2+ years of experience in Marketing
Must exhibit a strong understanding of the latest marketing trends.
Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations.
Able to attend meetings in the office as needed in Erie Pennsylvania
