We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, welding experience, and a desire to grow in a dynamic facility that values flexibility and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical systems (up to 480V)
Support stainless steel sanitation and sanitary welding tasks
Monitor and adjust equipment to ensure consistent operation
Assist with fabrication, repair, and installation of machinery components
Maintain accurate records and uphold safety and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
3–5 years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment (dairy a plus)
Sanitary welding or stainless steel sanitation experience is a plus
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and respond to urgent maintenance needs
Experience with VFDs, pumps, and valves preferred
Comfortable working in physically demanding and wet environments
