- Perform general and preventative maintenance within occupied and vacant apartments as well as common areas.
- Responsible for grounds keeping tasks as needed.
- Maintain adequate maintenance shop inventory
- Interactions with contractor and vendors
- Must effectively communicate with residents and team members
- Maintain the cleanliness of all exterior and interior common areas
Qualifications:
- Basic Tool skills: Hand and Power
- Basic Electrical and Plumbing
- Computer Skills
- Valid Driver’ s License
