What You'll Do
As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you'll help maintain our communities and create a positive living experience for our residents.
Responsibilities
? Perform general apartment and building maintenance
? Complete routine and preventative maintenance tasks
? Respond to service requests and maintenance calls promptly
? Prepare apartments for new residents, including move-ins and move-outs
? Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance needs
? Maintain clean, safe, and attractive common areas
? Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance situations when scheduled

What We're Looking For
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
At least two years of maintenance experience, OR
At least one year of related experience plus six months of training in one or more of the following trades:
Electrical
HVAC
Plumbing
Welding/Fabrication
Carpentry
Additional Requirements
Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
Access to a registered and insured vehicle for travel between communities
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A commitment to providing excellent service to residents
