The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the maintenance and repair activities within our facilities, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC systems and general maintenance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support. - Manage the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations. - Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. - Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to operations. - Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address issues promptly. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. - Train staff on safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations. - Assist in budget preparation for maintenance activities and manage expenditures effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HVAC systems maintenance and repair. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Knowledge of safety regulations and practices. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Strong communication skills for coordinating with other departments and vendors.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous supervisory experience in a maintenance role. - Certification in HVAC systems or related field.
