Machine Shop Manager Salt Lake City, Utah Salary range of $120-160K,

Technical Expertise:
Machining Operations: Proficient in milling, turning, grinding, and CNC programming.
Experience as a Machinist: Previous hands-on experience is strongly preferred to ensure an in-depth understanding of machine operation.
Machining Best Practices: Knowledge of efficient and effective techniques for manufacturing.
Materials Knowledge: Expertise in different materials and their machining properties.
Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to quickly diagnose and solve machine issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
EPR/MRP Software Experience: Familiarity with software systems to manage schedules, time tracking, and job workflows.
Leadership Skills:
Accountability: Holding team members accountable to policies and performance standards.
Team Building and Delegation: Ability to create and maintain a strong team by delegating tasks and fostering a positive environment.
