Job Description

A client of mine located in Central NJ has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join our Technology team, working closely with senior leadership and our ClientBridge CRM Product Owner.

*2x per week on-site* - Unfortunately no sponsorship is available, and no c2c.

This position is responsible for the provisioning, development, and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform and the ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of Dynamics CRM Best Practices, entities/tables, workflows, configurations, business process flows, portals, custom development, integration development, Reporting, Dashboards, Web Resources, CRM Solutions File Management, developing custom applications using the xRM framework as well as other related Microsoft technologies as applicable such as Office 365, JavaScript, SQL Server, Share Point and/or Power BI. The individual will be primarily responsible for developing enhancements for our existing Dynamics 365 Sales platform and participating with the IT team in integration projects with our other platforms. Additionally, the Senior D365 CRM Developer will support the ongoing monitoring of level 2 and 3 support items to ensure systems and interfaces are operating as designed and data integrity is maintained. Job Responsibilities
  • Strong background in the planning, designing, installing, configuring, and customizing of Dynamics CRM-based solutions while recommending best practices and business process efficiency improvements.
  • Develop integrations between D365 CE and other enterprise systems/solutions and applications.
  • Coordinates project efforts with varying degrees of complexity, deadlines, goals, etc.
  • Collaborates with our internal and external resources involved in program design, definition of complex business rules, technology development, and issue resolution.
  • Ability to reconcile user requirements to technical specifications and new system capabilities.
  • Promotes D365 models from development, test, and staging environments.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to integrate other systems and data sources into CRM using Dataverse, Data Lake, and other Microsoft capabilities.
  • Analyze the performance and effectiveness of managed/unmanaged solutions and make improvements.
  • Supports our existing CRM SharePoint integration including our ConnectingBridge connector.
  • Researches to evaluate information about existing and or new technologies or applications to identify systems solutions to support business strategies and objectives.
  • Provides tier 2/3 level end-user support and troubleshoots solutions to correct system bugs/errors.
  • Creates detailed project documents including but not limited to a Business Requirements Document, Design/Deployment documents, configuration document, and other technical documentation.
  • Delivers CRM training to internal customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of use and ongoing assistance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and effective diagramming skills.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the Application Administrator, licensing Administrator, and others in areas of Expertise.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
