About the Opportunity
RIM Recruitment Professionals is partnering with a well‑established and growing firm in the West Palm Beach area to add an experienced Litigation Paralegal to their team. Key Responsibilities
Provide proactive support to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation
Manage cases from intake through resolution, monitoring deadlines and required actions
Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, filings, and correspondence
File documents electronically with state and federal courts
Utilize eDiscovery software to organize, manipulate, and prepare data for production
Assist with deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation
Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with applicable rules
Communicate clearly and professionally with attorneys, staff, and external parties
Prioritize tasks effectively and respond to requests with urgency
Qualifications
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or legal environment
Strong understanding of litigation processes and deadlines
Experience with eDiscovery platforms —Relativity and Trial Director required
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skill
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
Strong analytical thinking and sound judgment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or equivalent required
