Our client is a boutique civil litigation firm seeking an Attorney to join its General Liability Team. This role involves handling a wide range of insurance defense cases, including premises liability, product liability, medical negligence, wrongful death, and personal injury.
Responsibilities
Manage cases from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and reports
Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
Review and analyze medical records and discovery
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Track billable hours and meet productivity goals
Qualifications
JD and active bar admission in good standing
3–5 years of civil litigation experience
Strong writing, research, and communication skills
Insurance defense and trial experience preferred
Familiarity with motor vehicle and premises liability cases preferred
