Seeking a Legal Practice Assistant (LPA) for our Wilmington, DE Office. 3+ years legal experience to support members of the Firm, associates and paralegals in the areas of Bankruptcy and, Corporate/Commercial Litigation. Candidates should possess excellent communication and organizational skills. LPA will work directly with attorneys to prepare, review/edit and efile case pleadings, assist with case projects, maintain case calendar, and maintain case files.
