We are seeking an attorney to support our estate planning, estate administration, and orphans’court litigation practice areas. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and capable of handling both client interaction and court appearances.
Responsibilities:
Assist with estate planning matters Handle estate administration matters from start to finish Participate in orphans’court litigation Meet with clients to provide counsel and guidance Represent clients in court appearances
Qualifications:
-Licensed attorney in the state of Pennsylvania (required) -Strong analytical and legal writing skills -Confident presence and ability to interact effectively with clients -Enjoys working directly with people and building client relationships
