We are seeking a skilled and motivated Estate Planning and Trust Attorney to support and grow our estate planning, estate administration, and possibly work with the Orphans’Court litigation practice areas. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with individuals and families on highly personal and meaningful matters, guiding them through planning for the future, administering estates, and resolving disputes with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing client-facing responsibilities with substantive legal work and court appearances.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and advise clients on comprehensive estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related instruments tailored to individual and family needs
Counsel clients on estate planning strategies involving asset protection, tax considerations, probate avoidance, and long-term planning goals
Manage estate and trust administration matters from inception through closing, including probate filings, asset collection and distribution, creditor issues, and beneficiary communications
Prepare and file pleadings, petitions, and other documents related to Orphans’Court and estate litigation matters
Represent clients in Orphans’Court proceedings, hearings, and conferences, advocating effectively on their behalf
Meet directly with clients to provide clear, thoughtful legal guidance and maintain strong, trust-based relationships
Communicate regularly with beneficiaries, fiduciaries, financial advisors, and other professionals to ensure efficient case progression
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, correspondence, and court filings with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality client service
Qualifications:
Licensed attorney in good standing with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (required)
1–5 years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, probate, trust matters, or related practice areas
Strong analytical, organizational, and legal writing skills
Confident courtroom presence and ability to represent clients effectively in hearings and proceedings
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine interest in working directly with clients and building long-term relationships
Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail

Compensation: Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a competitive base salary, commission structure, and monthly bonus opportunities.
