About the Role: This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting with prospective residents. You will be the first point of contact for individuals searching for their next home, and you’ll play a critical role in supporting leasing operations, marketing efforts, and resident relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents—managing inquiries, scheduling property tours, and executing lease documentation.
Actively market available properties through online listings, social media, and community outreach.
Conduct property tours with professionalism and enthusiasm, clearly communicating property features and community benefits.
Manage the full leasing process—from application intake to approval coordination and move-in support.
Ensure all paperwork and leasing documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with Arizona real estate law.
Collaborate closely with the property management team to support renewals, maintenance communication, and resident satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records within property management and CRM systems (AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, etc.).
Provide exceptional customer service to both residents and property owners.
Contribute marketing ideas and assist with content creation;familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
Qualifications:
Active Arizona Real Estate License (Required)
Minimum of 1 year experience in leasing, real estate sales, or property management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to connect with clients and close deals
Must have People Management Experience including coaching, mentoring and employee relations items.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy with excellent follow-up skills
Proficiency in property management software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
Reliable transportation for local property visits
Bonus Points For:
Experience creating marketing content via Canva or similar tools
Knowledge of Arizona rental regulations and fair housing laws
Experience with single-family or small multi-family residential properties
