We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in inventory management. As an Inventory Analyst, you play a crucial role in managing and administering the inventory systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer data extracted from the system.
Investigate system data flows through complex reports and presentations with leadership.
Oversee system planning for the flow of materials within or between departments.
Develop and document process improvements to achieve company inventory goals.
Coordinate with accounting to ensure inventory accuracy and costing.
Assist in inventory risk assessment and mitigation activities.
Monitor inventory against planned production material usage.
Coordinate with IT services in developing system tool processes.
Assess and monitor warehouse inventory transactions for accuracy.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 5 years of general management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and tools.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control best practices.
