Job Description: Primary Sales/Marketing Responsibilities Make and receive phone orders to/from customers Email prospective and existing clients, and tailor results based upon their needs Coordinate the flow and accuracy of all event bookings Learn and understand the basics of our business and all the equipment/products we have to offer Create orders and coordinate the details with Operations Be able to meet and exceed our sales requirements Build and maintain relationships with our clients and vendors Be able to complete marketing presentations/marketing campaigns Assist with email marketing campaigns
Assist with social media campaigns Assist with proposals -- double check estimate calculations, data entry of proposal specifics, mail to client, filing Communicate with clients and suppliers regarding bids, job confirmations, plans, and change orders;review and maintain all records Assist at with warehouse managers and their duties for deliveries Be willing to get “hands on”with the equipment we have setting up on site Assist with Social media marketing and be able to maintain these accounts Personal assistant to CEO/management Perform day to day duties as necessary for CEO/management
Primary Responsibilities Answer multi-line phone system professionally and in a timely manner Transfer calls as appropriate or take detailed messages Greet visitors politely and advise appropriate personnel of their arrival Assist with preparing for meetings (supplies, coordination of refreshments/meals), as needed Various clerical and administrative tasks as needed to support management, field staff, and co-workers
