Our client, a fast-growing healthcare services group, is hiring an HR & Talent Operations Associate to lead internal human resources functions while playing a key role in building out HR as a client-facing service. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on HR professional with a competitive mindset and strong organizational instincts - someone who thrives in a dual-role environment blending people operations and business development.
This is not a traditional HR seat. You’ll manage the recruitment process, onboarding, compliance, and policy development, while also working directly with internal healthcare clients to scope and deliver outsourced HR solutions. As part of a high-impact team, you’ll be empowered to create new systems, collaborate with leadership, and help shape HR as a scalable service line. What’s in it for you:

Responsibilities:
Own recruitment process, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding for internal teams
Maintain compliance, update HR documentation, and support employee relations
Partner directly with clients to scope and deliver HR services, including recruitment, onboarding programs, and compliance frameworks
Collaborate with leadership to define and scale client-facing HR offerings
Coordinate external vendors or offshore support tied to HR service delivery
Track HR KPIs and performance metrics to support business planning
Assist in proposal development and onboarding for new HR service clients
Qualifications:
3–7 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent operations Strong communicator with a track record of leading HR processes end-to-end
Comfortable working with internal teams and external client stakeholders
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build systems from the ground up
