This manufacturing company located in Oak Ridge North, Texas is looking for a full time permanent Human Resources Generalist.
Responsibilities:•Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. •Employee Relations and Communication: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment. Create an open and trusting work environment. •Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems and employee development programs. •Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. •Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and federal labor and employee benefit laws and company policies and maintain accurate HR records. •Training and Development: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge. •HR Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making. •Timekeeping & Payroll reporting: Ensure that information transmitted to the payroll provider is accurate and timely. •Process Improvement: Constantly look for opportunities to improve administrative activities and enhance the employee experience. Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. •5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist. •Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Knowledge of ADP and interaction with third party payroll vendors preferred. •Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. •Strong organizational and time management skills. #RIMUS
