Seeking an experienced HR professional to lead all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, compliance, and culture initiatives. Hybrid Opportunity. Salary Range $120, 000-$200, 000/year depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, handbook, and procedures ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding processes in partnership with Finance.
Manage performance evaluations, improvement plans, and disciplinary actions aligned with company values.
Lead compensation studies, benefits administration, and annual enrollment;partner with Finance on payroll and budgeting processes.
Oversee mentorship, internship, and manager training programs.
Foster positive workplace culture through wellness, recognition, and engagement initiatives.
Maintain accurate HR documentation, personnel records, and compliance with legal requirements.
Serve as primary contact for recruiters, benefits providers, and legal resources.
Monitor HR metrics and leverage HRIS systems to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;HR certification preferred.
3–5+ years of HR leadership experience (financial services experience a plus).
Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and performance management.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
High attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
