Human Resources Coordinator
Full time In Office

$55K-60K/YEAR depending on experience
If Bookkeeping experience up to $70K depending on experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR professional for a home health care client in New Haven County.

What You’ll Do:
Help us find top talent: source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage our applicant tracking system.
Welcome new hires with smooth onboarding and orientation programs.
Support performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
Manage benefits programs and answer employee questions with clarity and care.
Keep our HRIS data accurate and assist with HR reporting.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, FMLA, and OSHA regulations.
Collaborate with managers on organizational changes and workforce planning.
Assist with employee relations, conflict resolution, and diversity initiatives.
Use HR tools like Workday, Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, and more to keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
Experience in HR or administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, talent acquisition, and workforce management.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Paylocity) a plus.
Familiarity with HR software (Lever, iCIMS, Ceridian, Salesforce) is a bonus.
Team player who maintains confidentiality and professionalism.
Bookkeeping experience a plus
