About the Opportunity
Our client is a mission-driven hospice organization seeking a self-motivated, compassionate Community Liaison (Hospice Marketer / Sales Representative) to support growth in the Round Rock market.
This role is ideal for a relationship-focused healthcare sales professional who wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and families while advancing their career in a supportive, collaborative environment.
In this role, you will serve as the face of the hospice program in the community, promoting specialized end-of-life care services and building strong, trust-based relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8: 00 am –4: 30 pm
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
Conduct regular outreach activities to promote hospice services and increase awareness in the community.
Position the hospice program as the provider of choice across the service area and support growth and census goals.
Drive consistent referral growth through intentional, high-touch visits and follow-up with key referral sources.
Lead initial conversations with patients and families about hospice care, clearly explaining services and philosophy.
Support families during critical moments with empathy, respect, and clear communication.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred;equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales and/or marketing experience required.
Hospice or palliative care marketing experience strongly preferred.
Proven ability to develop, grow, and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community agencies.
Skilled at working collaboratively with internal teams, including clinical and administrative staff, to ensure a strong understanding of hospice services.
Prior clinical experience is a plus.
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
Comfortable traveling regularly within the Round Rock area.
Compensation
Base salary range: $65, 000 –$80, 000 per year, depending on experience and responsibilities.
Uncapped commission opportunity in addition to base salary.
Final compensation details will be discussed and confirmed during the interview process based on experience and fit.
