As they are continuing to grow, they are seeking an experienced Healthcare Attorney to join the firm’ s healthcare department.
This department helps physicians, dentists and veterinarians with all aspects of their professional and personal legal needs, including employment and partnership contracts, separation agreements, financing, lawsuits, disciplinary proceedings, buying, selling or starting a practice, billing and employment disputes, and insurance and government investigations. Applicants must have extensive experience with business transactions and litigation, real estate purchases and leases, employment issues and commercial disputes.
The ideal candidate must be someone who understands and has experience negotiating medical employment contracts.
