We are seeking a General Manager to lead one of Manhattan’s most exciting family-focused destinations —a large-scale, 40, 000-square-foot indoor facility built around fun, creativity, inclusion, and memorable experiences for children and families.

What You’ll Do:
Lead all daily operations of a high-volume family entertainment facility
Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children and families
Support programs designed for children of all abilities and backgrounds
Manage, coach, and develop a large multi-department team
Drive revenue through memberships, events, partnerships, fundraising opportunities, and community programs
Build relationships with schools, community organizations, and local partners
Oversee budgets, labor, financial performance, and key operating metrics
Maintain the highest standards for safety, cleanliness, and guest experience
Create a positive, mission-focused team culture
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit, children’s services, family entertainment, recreation, hospitality, or a related field
Experience working directly with children and family-focused programs required
Nonprofit experience strongly required
Experience managing teams of 20+ employees
Strong understanding of community partnerships and mission-driven operations
Ability to balance guest experience, team leadership, and financial performance
Understanding of budgets, labor management, P&L, and KPIs
Proven ability to hire, train, coach, and inspire teams
Passion for creating an inclusive environment where children and families thrive
