What You'll Own
Lead all restaurant and catering operations with full P&L accountability.

Proven success as a General Manager, Director of Operations, or Director of Food & Beverage.
Experience leading high-volume upscale casual, chef-driven restaurants, luxury hotels, or premium hospitality operations.
Strong financial acumen with a proven track record of increasing sales and maximizing profitability.
Experience overseeing catering operations and business development.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
Hands-on operator who thrives on the floor and leads by example.
