Are you a hospitality leader with a background in luxury hotels or upscale food & beverage operations? We're seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee a high-volume bakery, café, retail, and catering operation known for exceptional food, warm hospitality, and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Lead all day-to-day restaurant, bakery, café, and catering operations
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing management team
Deliver an exceptional guest experience every day
Drive sales, profitability, labor, and controllable costs
Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service
Partner with the culinary team to execute flawless operations
Maintain a culture built on accountability, hospitality, and teamwork
What We're Looking For
General Manager or Director-level experience in an upscale hotel or luxury resort, as the director of food & beverage
Strong background managing premium guest experiences
Experience overseeing multiple revenue streams including restaurant, café, bakery, or catering operations
Proven leadership of large management and hourly teams
Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls, labor, and operating costs
Passion for mentoring leaders and creating an exceptional culture
Hands-on leadership style with outstanding communication skills
