Overview: Seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper and Tax Preparer to support multiple external clients. This role requires a detail-oriented and dependable professional with strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Heavy tax preparation for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
Manage monthly and annual closings, including preparation of journal entries
Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure timely processing of disbursements
Prepare and generate financial statements for multiple clients
Complete assigned tasks and projects
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience filing various types of business taxes for an accounting firm
Proven experience working with QuickBooks and tax preparation software
