Recruiting In Motion is seeking a full-time Front Office Coordinator/Receptionist for our client in Downtown Tulsa. Qualified candidates will manage front desk calls, client walk-in's/meetings, and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role typically leads into other positions within the law firm. Hours are 8: 00am to 5: 00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 8: 00am to 3: 00pm on Fridays.
Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome clients and guests.
• Multi Line answering, screening, and forwarding calls.
• Take accurate and legible phone messages.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
• Update calendars and schedule case events and meetings
• Perform filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Requirements and skills
• Experience as a Receptionist, or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma
Starting pay is $16 per hour, paid holidays, vacation, and other benefits.
