We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Manager to lead our external financial reporting processes, with a strong emphasis on SEC reporting and compliance. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely, and transparent financial disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and file SEC reports including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other required filings
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal accounting policies
Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
Lead the preparation of financial statements and footnote disclosures
Monitor and interpret new accounting standards and SEC guidance;assess impact and implement changes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Investor Relations, and FP&A
Support earnings release process and related financial presentations
Maintain and improve internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR)
Assist with technical accounting research and memos on complex transactions
Manage reporting timelines and ensure deadlines are met with high-quality deliverables
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
4+ years of relevant experience, including SEC reporting and public company experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC rules, and SOX compliance
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience
Big 4 public accounting background or experience in a publicly traded company
Exposure to M&A, equity transactions, or other complex financial instruments
CPA is preferred but not required
