We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our client Tulsa. This individual will play a critical role in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and providing actionable insights to help achieve organizational financial goals. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical thinker who strongly focuses on process improvement, automation, and standardization. Strong communication, collaboration, and a proactive approach to driving change are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly financial data, analyzing performance against forecasts, budgets, and prior year results.
Manage internal and external reporting requirements, including:
Monthly forecasts
Month-end actuals reporting
Pacing updates, P&Ls
Budget and long-term strategic plans
Cash flow, trading working capital, CAPEX, and depreciation.
Analyze data to provide executive-level insights, communicating trends, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
Design robust analytics and processes to monitor business performance and inform strategic decisions.
Manage data validation and reporting improvements using financial tools.
Collaborate on financial KPI reporting to support operational decision-making.
Oversee G&A and departmental cost center management, ensuring cost awareness and profitability.
Monitor headcount and budget alignment, preparing variance reports as needed.
Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis for leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting.
CPA preferred with 8+ years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with SAP and Syteline (preferred).
Proven ability to work under strict deadlines and lead change initiatives.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to build trusting relationships across the organization and drive continuous improvement.
