Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis across the organization. This role will partner closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive strategic decision-making, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, helping the organization continue to scale with strong financial discipline. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional with 1+ years of experience who is looking to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
Analyze financial results versus budget and forecast;identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and scenario planning
Partner with operations, sales, and leadership teams to provide actionable financial insights
Prepare monthly reporting packages, dashboards, and variance analyses for leadership
Assist with cost analysis, margin analysis, and profitability analysis by product, customer, or channel
Improve and streamline FP&A processes, reporting tools, and data accuracy
Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
1+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, accounting, or related finance experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic finance team
