Job Description
We are seeking a Finance and Lending Attorney (Mid-Level Associate) for our client, Real Estate Practice Group in Dallas.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- Representing institutional and non-traditional lenders in connection with the planning, negotiation, documentation and workout of loans.
- Loans: syndicated credit facilities, participated credits, equipment loans, working capital loans, asset-based loans, loan sale transactions, and dealing with distressed real estate
- Representing lenders on various types of commercial real estate projects including financing for acquisition, development, and construction of multifamily, office, retail, industrial, owner-occupied, single-tenant, mixed-use projects and lot development.
Must have law firm experience. Must have a J.D. Degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.
