We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, repairs, equipment, and facility standards across eight restaurant locations.
This is not a desk job. We need a proactive problem-solver who understands restaurant facilities, can diagnose issues in the field, perform repairs when appropriate, manage outside vendors, and keep every location operating safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee maintenance and facility needs across eight restaurant locations
Troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, restaurant equipment, and building systems
Perform hands-on repairs and preventive maintenance when appropriate
Respond quickly to emergency and time-sensitive repair needs
Manage vendors and contractors while controlling costs and maintaining service quality
Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs
Ensure all facilities meet high standards for safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness
Partner with restaurant leadership to minimize downtime and operational disruptions
Continue developing technical expertise through vendor training and certification programs
Qualifications:
Fluent Spanish is required
Restaurant facilities and maintenance experience is required
HVAC and refrigeration experience is required
Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting abilities
A hands-on approach and willingness to work in the field
Experience managing vendors, contractors, repair costs, and service schedules
Highly organized, dependable, responsive, and self-motivated
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between restaurant locations
Interest in continued technical training and professional certifications
