We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, repairs, equipment, and facility standards across six restaurant locations.
This is not a desk job. We need someone who understands restaurant facilities, can diagnose problems in the field, handle repairs when appropriate, manage vendors, and keep restaurants operating without interruption.
What You'll Do
Oversee facilities and maintenance needs across 6 restaurant locations
Troubleshoot restaurant equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
Perform hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance when appropriate
Manage outside vendors and contractors while controlling costs and service quality
Respond quickly to emergency and urgent repair needs
Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs
Ensure facilities meet high standards for safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness
Partner directly with restaurant leadership to minimize downtime
Continue developing technical expertise through vendor training and certification programs
What We're Looking For
Fluent Spanish required
Restaurant facilities and maintenance experience required
HVAC and refrigeration experience required
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Hands-on mentality with the ability to diagnose and solve problems
Experience managing vendors, contractors, and repair costs
Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated
Valid driver's license required
Willingness to travel between restaurant locations
Interest in continued technical training and certifications
