We’re looking for an accomplished Executive Chef who thrives in high-volume kitchens, develops outstanding culinary teams, and brings creativity and fresh ideas to the menu while delivering exceptional food quality and consistency every shift.

We’re looking for a Chef who isn't just an operator—we want someone who is passionate about food, enjoys menu development and creativity, and can bring new ideas to the table.
What You'll Own
Lead all day-to-day culinary and back-of-house operations
Bring creativity and input to menu development, new dishes, specials, and culinary innovation
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing kitchen team
Lead from the line during high-volume services and ensure flawless execution
Drive food quality, consistency, presentation, and ticket times
Manage food costs, labor, inventory, purchasing, and kitchen financial performance
Oversee scheduling and staffing while maintaining appropriate labor levels
Maintain exceptional standards for sanitation, organization, and food safety
Partner with restaurant leadership to drive guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance
Build a kitchen culture centered around accountability, teamwork, urgency, and culinary excellence
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or senior culinary leader in a high-volume, upscale or polished casual restaurant environment.
You should be a hands-on culinary leader who leads from the kitchen, not the office, with strong knowledge of food costs, labor management, inventory, purchasing, and kitchen operations.
Just as importantly, we're looking for someone who loves food and wants the opportunity to be creative. You should enjoy developing dishes, contributing ideas, improving menus, and balancing creativity with consistency and profitability.
