Our client, a Knoxville-based, top-ranked public accounting firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support to the Tax Department. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and have the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities which include:
o Providing administrative support to the tax department and its executives o Providing calendar management, schedule coordination, and travel logistics o Maintaining confidentiality o Working with the team to create reports, project lists, and proposal letters o Client communication o Tracking time, expenses, and other reporting using Salesforce o Working with the team by assisting with general office duties and providing backup assistance to other administrative team members
Qualified candidates will have the following:
o At least five years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, professional services firm o Tax experience is a big plus o Detail orientation and the ability to exercise initiative, judgment and ownership o Solid systems experience including Microsoft Office and other reporting and document software o Professionalism to include a positive attitude and polished written and oral communication skills o Ability to professionally communicate with all levels of contacts inside and outside the firm
