Job Description


Production Supervisor –3rd Shift

Hours: 9: 30pm-6: 30am, Monday-Friday



Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Implement and uphold safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Develop and execute effective training programs for team development.
  • Monitor production metrics and adjust processes to meet targets.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment through strong leadership.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve issues.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (3-5 years).
  • Strong skills in team building and safety management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and employee development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills:
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English.
  • Relevant certifications in safety management or process improvement are a plus.
