Location
This is a remote position;however, team members must be California residents and will work closely with a Managing Partner based in Los Angeles. Our clients on-boarding and collaboration processes ensure seamless integration into our tech-forward, cloud-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Litigation Defense & Risk Management for School Districts
Strategic Counsel & Legal Guidance for School District Leadership
Policy Development & Compliance for Educational Institutions
Training & Development for School District HR and Administrator
Qualifications
Active membership in the State Bar of California (required)
Must reside in California, in good standing
Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background
School district defense experience required
Trial experience preferred, but not required
Experience with public entity defense a plus
Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees
Compensation
220-300k Depending on experience
