What You'll Do:
Lead and guide a dynamic and skilled small team with your specialized knowledge and innovative ideas
Formulate rigorous mathematical solutions to address complex information science challenges prevalent in defense technology
Prototype cutting-edge algorithms within an agile development framework
Execute the development of high-performance software ranging from tactical systems to web applications
Leverage advanced modeling, simulation tools, and adaptable compute clusters to evaluate the efficacy of technological advancements
Collaborate closely with clientele to ensure the successful fulfillment of their mission-critical objectives
Facilitate comprehension among peers and clients regarding project methodologies and rationales
Education and Experience
Possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied or Computational Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Controls and Dynamical Systems, Aerospace Engineering, Statistics and Probability, or a related discipline.
Demonstrate a history of academic distinction, including practical experience in several of the following domains:
Applied Mathematics: proficiency in differential equations, linear algebra, numerical analysis, and continuous or discrete optimization.
Engineering: adeptness in controls, estimation theory, digital signal processing, and machine learning.
Scientific Computing: adept at software architecture, algorithm development, as well as software analysis, testing, and optimization.
Probability: familiarity with statistics and random processes.
Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities, showcasing the capacity to articulate complex technological concepts persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work performed, all applicants must be capable of obtaining a U.S. Security Clearance.
Salary Range $85, 000-$160, 000 plus company benefits and relocation assistance if needed
