We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembly Supervisor with a Journeyman license or equivalent experience to join our manufacturing client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical assembly, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Study, schedule, and estimate time, cost, and labor for products and services.
Interpret specifications, blueprints, and electrical diagrams, assigning duties accordingly.
Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
Examine assembled products to ensure they meet tolerance specifications.
Analyze and resolve work problems, guiding employees as needed.
Supervise workers using hand tools, jigs, and various power tools and equipment.
Encourage continuous idea generation for process improvement.
Ensure 5S workplace organization and equipment maintenance standards are met.
Follow updated schedules to meet ship dates provided by management.
Monitor quality following ISO Quality Plan standards.
Demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Electrical Journeyman’s license or 5 years of commercial electrical construction experience.
Minimum 5 years of general management experience in manufacturing or construction.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Ability to work cooperatively with others in a fast-paced environment.
