What You'll Own
Lead and develop 4–6 high-volume restaurant locations
Coach General Managers into top-performing leaders
Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
Own the P&L, labor, food cost, and controllable expenses
Recruit, hire, and build high-performing management teams
Raise standards, eliminate complacency, and create accountability
Protect the guest experience while delivering bottom-line results
Be in the restaurants—not behind a desk
Who We're Looking For
? 3+ years of successful multi-unit restaurant leadership
? Proven history of improving sales, profits, and operational performance
? Strong financial acumen and P&L management
? A leader who develops people instead of managing problems
? Comfortable making tough decisions and holding teams accountable
? High energy, high urgency, and relentless execution
? Willing to travel throughout the market
