Please note that this position is a 1099 commission-only role with no base salary, and is considered full-time.

Are you a Business Development or Recruiting professional with 5+ years of recent agency experience who is looking to maximize your earnings and partner with an established staffing firm with proven success? Then this might be the opportunity for you!

RIM Recruitment Professionals is looking for new Independent Directors of Business Development and Recruiting to join our growing network of tenured staffing professionals across the USA.

Responsibilities:
  • You will be part of an established corporate brand and a team of tenured professionals. Your specific daily functions will include a mix of sales and candidate recruiting. Our Peer-to-Peer network of RIM colleagues will be eager to work with you to help fill your open job orders or to provide available candidates.
  • You will focus on job orders within your specific areas of specialization that may include: Accounting/Finance/Tax, IT, Marketing/Creative, Administrative, Operations, Human Resources, Legal, Executive Search, Engineering, Healthcare, and other related professional roles.


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in business development and/or recruiting in an agency environment.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and motivated self-starter.
  • Excellent and reliable communication skills.
  • Proven track record of success.
  • Strong ethics that align with RIM core values.
